Credit & Billing
- Please be aware that our options for credit are for prospective and existing business customers only.
- Are you interested in becoming a customer? Why not apply for a corporate account? Having an account brings a host of benefits that will help your business grow. You can apply for a corporate account here. To complete this form you will need your business information, 2 trade references and your bank information.
- If you are not a business you can still use our services by paying same day by credit card.
- If you have an invoice query please contact us here. For us to help, we will require your invoice and consignment reference number.
Arranging for a collection
- To book a collection, please complete our online booking form.
- For an extremely urgent delivery you can also call us direct on +44(0)1482 227304.
- If you are unsure about the cost for delivering your goods and would like a price before making a booking you can request a quote.
- If we have already quoted you and are ready to make payment please view our payment options to proceed with your transaction.
Changing your delivery details
- Collection and delivery details cannot be amended on this website. If we have already made a collection for your parcel and you wish to re route your package in transit or make an address correction, you can contact us online anytime, 24 hours a day. Alternatively you can call us direct on 01482 227304 and we will pleased to help you with any changes you wish to make.
- Please note - we can only reroute a shipment if it is authorised by the sender.
How to make a payment
- If you are not an AAA business customer we still like to make things easy. You can now pay by credit or debit card online. Once payment is received you can select how and when you would like your parcel delivered.
